CM inquires about factory incident in NTR district

Amaravati (AP): Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday inquired about the incident at a cement factory in which hot material fell on the workers at Bodavada in NTR district and directed the officials to take all measures for the rescue of the affected.

The Chief Minister also told the officials to take steps to see to it that the injured get better medical care. Naidu directed the local officials to submit a detailed report on the reasons for the incident and also take action against those responsible for the incident.

Besides taking steps to see to it that the affected get proper compensation from the company, the Chief Minister also declared that ex gratia will be paid to them by the State Government.
